Putting students front and center
“This new project is for the future,” says recent alum Christian Lander (B.S.’23 CE), a project engineer at XL Construction, the company that’s building the new Engineering Center. “It’s a huge blessing to build this project and know that you’re not only impacting the students now but also the students 20 years from now.”
Like Christian, we know that when Berkeley Engineering students collaborate, it fuels innovation and change — and hope for a better tomorrow. Slated to open in 2025, the new building will transform the student experience for generations to come. With your gift, you’re helping to support a space that will equip and empower our best and brightest engineering leaders.
