What is your favorite part of your job?
The connections that I get to make with the students and staff in ESS.

What advice do you have for students?
When you’re feeling overwhelmed or anxious, set a timer for 5 minutes and write down all the things in your head onto a piece of paper or a journal. It’s OK if it looks like a list or if it’s so messy that you can’t read it afterwards. By writing the words on the page you’ll free up space in your mind, which will help you feel calmer, grounded, and like you’ve got this.

What is the most unusual job you’ve had?
I worked as a counselor for a children’s group home.

What are your favorite TV shows?
The Great British Bake Off, Community, Ted Lasso, Scrubs

What is your favorite song, band or type of music?
I love alternative, rock, bow pop, and songs with a good beat and positive message .
