Cal Day

Cal Day 2024 is Saturday, April 13! This year’s event is for registered new students and their families only, and most events and experiences will be outdoors. Information to attend will be in the MAP@Berkeley portal.

Cal Week

Cal Week 2024 is April 22-26. Stay up-to-date with the University’s programming on your MAP@Berkeley portal. This year engineering programming includes:

• Engineering Undeclared info session, Thursday, April 25, 5 p.m. on Zoom where you’ll meet your ESS adviser, Joey Wong, and get all your questions about being an engineering undeclared major answered
• Engineering advising Q&A, Thursday, April 25, 5–7 p.m. on Zoom. You’ll meet Engineering Student Services advisers, who are ready to answer your questions.

Engineering peer adviser info sessions

ESS peer advisers will be offering College of Engineering in-person and virtual info sessions each Monday and Friday during the month of April. Register to receive the in-person or Zoom details for your desired date.

Transfer admit events

Throughout the month of May there are transfer admit events where you will be able to meet Berkeley Engineering faculty, staff, transfer students and transfer alumni. You’ll learn more about campus and college resources, research/internship opportunities and have the chance to ask all your questions.

Departments will be hosting a variety of virtual and in-person events throughout April. The College of Engineering Cal Day schedule details the department plans and links to other events for newly admitted students.
